Speaking as a clinician — something shifted in my nervous system during this session that I do not have professional vocabulary for. My body has been holding less since. I sleep deeper. A lot of people tend to shy away from me and my condition and my mental illness, but Amy didn't. She met me fully, without judgement, and that alone was deeply healing. What unfolded was beyond anything I expected. It was like Amy "X-rayed" my life. She seemed to just know and pinpoint very specific moments of trauma and the impact they had on me, without me needing to explain them. It was unlike anything I've experienced before — startlingly on point, confronting, and strangely liberating all at once. During the session, I also experienced a powerful sense of connection with loved ones who have passed, which brought a deep feeling of peace, reconnection, and emotional release. Since the session a few days ago, the shifts I am experiencing mentally and in my physical body are deeply transformative. There is a level of lightness, clarity, and relief that I haven't felt in a very long time, and it is continuing to unfold each day. I feel a real and noticeable change in how I am relating to myself, my thoughts, and my life. I feel deeply grateful for this experience, and I am now going to do a healing course with Amy. It feels incredible to have access to this kind of internal and divine wisdom and healing capacity within myself. This has been a truly life-shifting experience for me.
